Symposium dinner

The symposium dinner (included in the registration fee) is taking place in the hotel on Wednesday 15 February.  Participants can indicate preference for vegetarian food during the registration process.

The Italian buffet contains the following:

5 Italian tapas:

  • scampis à la granollata
  • purée de fèves fraiches
  • burrata et basilic
  • polpo, sedano et olive
  • mortadelle et pistache

Buffet:

  • Pasta con le bietole
  • Risotto con asparagi
  • Bistecca del curato
  • Coniglio con peperoni e olive
  • Pesce spada con capperi et limone
  • Melanzane alla parmigiana

Desserts:

  • Panna cotta
  • Tiramisu
  • Torte limone
  • Pera cotta

Cheese:

  • Pecorino
  • Tallegio
  • Gorgonzola
